Loan-Ready Kit Partner Terms

Founding Partner Agreement
Effective September 1, 2026

These Partner Terms govern participation in the Loan-Ready Kit Partner Program operated by DiliaWood.com.

The program is invite-only. It allows approved publishers, educators, community operators, and other partners to earn a commission when an attributed referral results in the purchase of The Loan-Ready Kit, an independent borrower-preparation product.

This is a product-referral relationship only.

Partners are not compensated for referring a borrower to a lender, CDC, broker, packager, financing provider, or government program. No commission is tied to SBA eligibility, a loan application, approval, funding, closing, rate, term, or financing transaction.

1. Approval and participation

Participation is by invitation or manual approval only.

DiliaWood.com may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate a Partner at its discretion, including where the Partner’s audience, promotional method, claims, conduct, or traffic quality is inconsistent with these Terms or the purpose of the program.

Approval is specific to the approved Partner. Partner accounts, links, and attribution may not be transferred, sold, or shared with another person or organization without written permission.

2. Founding Partner commission

Approved Founding Partners earn:

25% of an attributed Loan-Ready Kit purchase.

At the current $199 product price, that equals:

$49.75 per attributed sale.

Commission applies to the qualifying Loan-Ready Kit product purchase only.

There is no recurring commission, lifetime commission, or commission connected to any loan, lender referral, approval, funding, closing, or financing transaction.

If the Loan-Ready Kit price changes in the future, DiliaWood.com may establish new commission economics for future transactions. An updated rate will apply prospectively and will be communicated through the partner program before it takes effect.

3. Attribution

The Founding Partner attribution window is 60 days from the qualifying referral.

The launch program is intended to use the first qualifying Partner touch recorded during that attribution window.

Attribution is determined by the tracking system and the program configuration in effect at the time of the referral. Before a Partner is activated, the operative attribution method will be available through the partner program or onboarding materials.

DiliaWood.com may reject or correct attribution involving fraud, self-referrals, duplicate or manipulated tracking, invalid traffic, coupon interception, cookie stuffing, or other activity that does not represent a legitimate Partner referral.

4. Payout

Eligible commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period following the successful customer charge.

This period allows the current customer refund window and payment status to resolve before commission is paid.

A commission is not payable if the underlying transaction is:

  • refunded;
  • charged back;
  • reversed;
  • fraudulent;
  • cancelled before settlement;
  • or otherwise determined not to be a valid completed sale.

Partners are responsible for providing accurate payout and tax information required by the payment or partner platform.

Partners are solely responsible for their own federal, state, local, or other applicable tax obligations arising from commissions received.

5. Self-referrals

Self-referrals are prohibited.

A Partner may not use their own referral link, account, organization, controlled entity, household member, or another arrangement designed primarily to generate commission on their own purchase.

DiliaWood.com may void commissions and terminate participation where a transaction is reasonably determined to be a self-referral or an attempt to circumvent this rule.

6. Paid search and brand bidding

Partners may not use paid search advertising to promote The Loan-Ready Kit without prior written permission.

Without written permission, Partners may not bid on or purchase advertising against:

  • Dilia Wood;
  • DiliaWood.com;
  • White Collar Black Ink;
  • The Loan-Ready Kit;
  • Loan-Ready Kit;
  • confusing variations or misspellings of those names;
  • or other branded terms designated by DiliaWood.com.

Partners may not create advertisements, domains, pages, profiles, or search listings that imply they are Dilia Wood, DiliaWood.com, White Collar Black Ink, or the official Loan-Ready Kit site.

7. Discounts and coupons

Partners may not create, advertise, distribute, or imply the existence of an unauthorized discount, coupon, rebate, bonus, promotional code, or special pricing arrangement.

Only offers expressly supplied or approved by DiliaWood.com may be promoted as official offers.

8. Email, messaging, and traffic quality

Partners may not promote the Loan-Ready Kit through:

  • scraped or purchased email lists;
  • unsolicited bulk email;
  • spam;
  • automated unsolicited messaging;
  • deceptive redirects;
  • forced clicks;
  • cookie stuffing;
  • misleading browser notifications;
  • fraudulent traffic;
  • or other methods that violate applicable law, platform rules, or reasonable permission-based marketing standards.

Partners are responsible for the compliance of their own distribution practices.

9. Required disclosure

A Partner must clearly disclose the financial relationship when recommending or linking to The Loan-Ready Kit.

The disclosure should appear close enough to the recommendation or referral link that a reasonable reader can understand the relationship before acting on the recommendation.

Approved default language:

Disclosure: I may earn a commission if you purchase The Loan-Ready Kit through this link.

Equivalent language is acceptable if it communicates the relationship plainly.

Terms such as “affiliate link” by themselves should not be relied upon as the entire disclosure.

This requirement reflects the principle that a financial or other material relationship affecting how an endorsement may be evaluated should be disclosed clearly and conspicuously.

10. Product claims

Partners may describe The Loan-Ready Kit using accurate information provided by DiliaWood.com and may share their own truthful experience with the product.

Partners may not claim or imply that:

  • purchase guarantees SBA eligibility;
  • purchase guarantees loan approval;
  • purchase guarantees funding;
  • purchase guarantees a particular interest rate or loan term;
  • Dilia Wood is acting as a lender, broker, loan packager, CDC, or SBA representative;
  • the product is sponsored, approved, certified, or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration or another government agency;
  • a Partner can secure or influence an SBA approval through the program;
  • Partner commission is connected to a borrower’s loan amount, lender selection, approval, funding, or closing.

Partners may not make claims about the product that DiliaWood.com could not substantiate itself.

FTC guidance likewise states that endorsements must be truthful and not misleading and that endorsers should not make claims requiring proof they do not have.

11. Use of supplied materials

Approved Partners may use copy, images, product descriptions, logos, referral links, and other promotional materials supplied for the Partner Program for the purpose of promoting The Loan-Ready Kit.

Partners may adapt supplied copy to fit their own voice provided the adaptation remains accurate and does not materially change the product claim.

Partners may not:

  • materially alter trademarks or logos;
  • create confusingly similar branding;
  • impersonate Dilia Wood or DiliaWood.com;
  • present themselves as an authorized lender or financing representative;
  • sublicense supplied assets;
  • or use supplied materials for unrelated products or services.

All rights not expressly granted remain with their respective owners.

12. Partner independence

Partners are independent participants in a performance-marketing relationship.

Nothing in these Terms creates:

  • employment;
  • agency;
  • partnership;
  • joint venture;
  • franchise;
  • lender relationship;
  • brokerage relationship;
  • or authority for the Partner to make commitments on behalf of Dilia Wood or DiliaWood.com.

A Partner may not represent otherwise.

13. Customer relationship

The customer purchases The Loan-Ready Kit directly from DiliaWood.com.

The current customer offer is:

$199 · one year of access · no automatic renewal · 30-day refund policy

Customer purchases remain subject to the customer-facing Terms and Refund Policy in effect for the transaction.

Partners may not promise customer terms different from those published by DiliaWood.com.

14. Monitoring and enforcement

DiliaWood.com may review Partner placements, traffic, claims, referral activity, and disclosures to protect customers, the product, and the integrity of the program.

The FTC notes that advertisers working with paid endorsers should have reasonable processes for training and monitoring the people they pay and direct.

DiliaWood.com may request correction or removal of promotional content that violates these Terms.

Serious or repeated violations may result in:

  • commission reversal;
  • suspension;
  • termination;
  • invalidation of referral links;
  • or withholding of commissions associated with invalid activity.

15. Changes to the program

DiliaWood.com may modify the Partner Program prospectively, including commission rates, attribution rules, promotional restrictions, or program availability.

Material changes affecting an approved Partner will be communicated through the partner platform, onboarding channel, or another reasonable method before they apply to future referrals.

Changes do not retroactively eliminate commissions already validly earned under the terms in effect when the qualifying transaction occurred.

16. Termination

Either party may end participation in the Partner Program.

After termination:

  • the Partner must stop representing themselves as an active Loan-Ready Kit Partner;
  • promotional rights granted under these Terms end;
  • referral links may be disabled;
  • valid commissions already earned remain subject to ordinary validation, refund, chargeback, and payout rules.

Fraudulent or prohibited transactions remain ineligible for payment.

17. Relationship to other site terms

These Partner Terms govern the referral relationship between DiliaWood.com and an approved Partner.

They are separate from:

  • customer Terms;
  • Refund Policy;
  • Privacy Policy;
  • and the Independence disclosure.

If a Partner also purchases or uses a DiliaWood.com product, the applicable customer terms separately govern that use.
