Terms

Effective 9 August 2026 · Last updated 9 August 2026

These Terms govern your use of diliawood.com and any free or paid product offered on it. The site is operated by Project DC Coast, LLC, California ("we", "us"). Payments are processed by Stripe.

By using the site or buying the Loan-Ready Kit, you agree to these Terms.

What is not being provided

This is the most important section, so it is first.

White Collar Black Ink publishes the experience and research of a borrower. We are not a lender, a broker, a loan packager, a lawyer, an accountant, or a financial advisor, and nothing on this site or inside any product is legal, financial, tax, accounting, or lending advice. Nothing here creates a professional relationship of any kind.

Nothing on this site is an offer of credit, a promise of funding, or a prediction that any lender, CDC, or agency will approve you. Loan programs, eligibility rules, fees, and underwriting standards change, and they vary by lender. Documents and figures described here reflect one borrower's transaction and are provided as illustration, not as a template guaranteed to fit your deal.

Before you sign anything, have your own attorney and your own accountant review it. You are responsible for your own decisions and for verifying anything you rely on.

The free tier

Signing up for a free download creates a free account and subscribes you to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time. We may change or discontinue free content at any time.

The Loan-Ready Kit

The Loan-Ready Kit is an annual membership at $199 per year. Access begins immediately on successful payment and continues for one year.

Automatic renewal

Unless you cancel before the end of your term, your membership renews automatically for another year at the then-current price, charged to the payment method on file. The price and the renewal terms are shown to you before you pay, and we will email you before each renewal.

How to cancel

Cancel at any time from your account page on this site, or by emailing line@diliawood.com. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep access for the remainder of the term you have already paid for.

Refunds

Thirty days from your first payment. If it didn't help, write to line@diliawood.com and we will refund it. The full policy is on the Refund Policy page, and it governs.

Price changes

We may change the price of future terms. We will tell you before a renewal at a new price, with enough notice for you to cancel.

What you may and may not do with the material

Your membership is personal and for one person. We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to read, print, and use the material for your own business.

You may not share your login, republish or resell the material, post it publicly, feed it into a product or service you sell, or distribute it to clients as your own work.

You may show a document to your own attorney, accountant, lender, or business partner in the course of your own transaction. That is the point of it.

All content remains our property or that of its respective owners.

Accounts

Signing in uses a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or end an account that shares access, abuses the service, or violates these Terms.

Availability and updates

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Content may be added, changed, or removed.

SBA programs change often. We update the tools and files as they do, and anything added to the Loan-Ready Kit is included in your membership at no extra charge. We do not promise a particular update schedule.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site and all products are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost financing, lost business opportunity, or costs of substitute services, arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the site or material in violation of these Terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the State of California, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell you by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
