DiliaWood.com is a U.S.-based author and publishing platform operated for users in the United States. The site, its products, and its paid services are intended for U.S. residents and U.S. businesses and are not marketed or offered for use outside the United States.

If you are outside the United States, please do not submit personal information or purchase products through this site. Information submitted to the site is processed in the United States.

Information we collect

Public calculators and borrower tools

Certain public tools, including the SBA Loan Preflight calculator, are designed to process calculation inputs in your browser.

Calculator inputs are not transmitted to DiliaWood.com or stored by the calculator. Ordinary technical information associated with loading the webpage, such as an IP address or request log, may still be processed by the site's hosting or security infrastructure.

Do not enter Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, bank credentials, borrower documents, or other sensitive personal information into a public calculator.

Payment information

Payments are processed by Stripe.

Stripe collects and processes payment-card and related billing information directly. DiliaWood.com does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

We may receive information needed to administer the transaction, such as:

  • billing email;
  • transaction amount;
  • transaction date;
  • payment status;
  • limited payment-method information made available by Stripe; and
  • records needed for refunds, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, and customer support.

Stripe processes information under its own privacy practices.

Information collected automatically

When you use the site, technical systems may automatically process information such as:

  • IP address;
  • browser and device information;
  • operating system;
  • referring page or source;
  • pages requested or viewed;
  • date and time of requests;

Universal opt-out signals and Do Not Track

Some states recognize browser-based universal opt-out mechanisms, including Global Privacy Control, for certain regulated processing.

Where applicable law requires us to recognize a valid universal opt-out signal for processing occurring on this site, we will honor that signal.

Because we do not sell personal information for money and do not use the site to build third-party advertising profiles, a universal opt-out signal may not change all current site processing.

"Do Not Track" is a separate browser signal for which there is no single generally accepted technical standard. The site does not change its ordinary first-party functionality solely because a Do Not Track signal is present.
