Refund Policy
Effective 9 August 2026 · White Collar Black Ink
Thirty days. If it didn't help, write to me and I'll refund it.
That is the whole policy. The rest of this page just explains how it works.
How to ask
Email line@diliawood.com within thirty days of your first payment and say you'd like a refund.
There is no form, no survey, and no series of questions designed to talk you out of it. You do not have to explain yourself. If you want to tell me what didn't work, I'd like to know — that is how the next version gets better — but it is not a condition of anything.
What happens next
- The full amount is refunded to the original payment method.
- Access to the Loan-Ready Kit ends.
- Your free newsletter subscription continues unless you unsubscribe, which you can do from any email.
Refunds are issued through Stripe, usually the same day I see the message. Once issued, it typically takes five to ten business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank. That part is outside my control.
After thirty days
After thirty days, the payment for that year is final. Your access continues for the rest of the term you have paid for, and you can cancel any time from your account page to stop the next renewal.
If something on my side goes wrong — you can't get in, a file won't open, something is broken — that is not a refund question. Write to me and I will fix it, whenever it happens.
The one exception
A refund may be declined where a purchase was clearly made to extract and redistribute the material rather than to use it. This has not happened, and I don't expect it to. It is written down only so the policy is complete.
A note on why this exists. The Kit is bought by people who are about to sign a personal guarantee on a loan that will run for twenty-five years. A refund policy that made you argue for your own money would be a strange way to begin that relationship. So this one doesn't.
